Terms and Conditions for Photography | Videography Services

Deposit and Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 5 days before the event.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. If cancelled within 5 days of the event, additional charges may apply.
Editing and Delivery Timeline
Editing takes a minimum of 30 working days from the shoot date. This timeline may be longer depending on the type of shoot. You will be kept updated. Urgent edits can be requested but may come with extra fees. No raw or unedited content will be shared unless agreed in writing.
Copyright and Usage Rights
All images and videos remain the property of the photographer or videographer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted personal-use rights only.
Creative Control
The photographer or videographer retains full creative control over the editing style and final product.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure order at the venue and assign someone to assist in managing people so that work can be done without interruptions.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as illness or bad weather.
Liability
Liability for loss or damage of content is limited to the portion of the fee received by the photographer/videographer after deducting third-party costs already incurred.
Content Storage
All final content will be stored for up to 30 days after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files. Requests for re-sending content after this period may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the final product.
Portfolio and YouTube Usage
We may use selected photos and videos from our shoots for our portfolio, website, and YouTube channel. If you do not want your content shared, you must notify us in writing before the shoot.
